If you have been on the internet at all in the past few years, chances are that you have stumbled upon a picture of one of the Lilly Pulitzer agendas. Y'all, I seriously love these things. I got my first agenda last August and put that baby to good use throughout the year. I got the jumbo size last year and I opted for the slightly smaller large size this year because it isn't quite so bulky. So since I just got my agenda in on Friday, I thought I would share the entire thing with you guys and tell you what I think about this year's addition.
This is the jumbo size from last year. I can't remember the name of this print, so if anyone knows, can you please let me know! |
This is my agenda this year in the large size "Scuba to Cuba" print. |
Here is a side-by-side comparison of the two sizes to give you idea of the difference. |
Right when you open up the cover, Lilly takes you to a resort and defines it for you on the left. The right side has a pocket great for storing loose papers. |
The next page also has a pocket. The right side has some super adorable stickers, but they aren't quite as cute as last years (sorry Lilly). I think I am going to take the stickers out of my last agenda and use them in this years! |
The next page is just a vibrantly colored introduction to paradise a.k.a Palm Beach, Florida. |
Then, to keep the resort theme going, a map of Palm Beach is included. |
The next page is a 2016-2017 overview which is good for seeing what days of the week dates fall on. Other than that, I can't really see what this is good for. |
This page is the beginning of the tabs for the months, dates to celebrate, addresses (yes they included an address book this year!), and notes. |
The first tab is just an collection of every month in the calendar so you don't have to flip through the weeks to find on easily. |
After the months, comes Dates to Celebrate where you can write in birthdays, holidays, and other special events. |
Next is such a cool idea for a agenda-- a section to plan out traveling and vacations. I will for sure be planning out my Spring Break adventure with one of these 4 pages. |
Okay, this next section was probably requested a lot because it is such a nice feature to have for important contact information. Since I will have my agenda with me almost 24/7, I am going to include emergency contacts just in case my phone is ever lost, stolen, or dead. |
I'm so glad they relocated the note this year. Last year they were the very last pages of the agenda which made it kind of inconvenient to use them. I'm planning on using these 10 pages of notes for brainstorming and jotting down information quickly. |
Now onto the months!
This is basically what every weekly overview looks like. |
I'm just now realizing I skipped December... oops.
And then were done with all of the agenda goodness. |
For the organization nerds like me, y'all are probably bugging out for this beautiful planner this year! I totally recommend it. Some of the major changes this year (which I love) are the addition of an address book and the travel section. One part that was taken out which I am totally okay with is the horoscope section; to me, this was unnecessary last year and I won't miss is one bit!
Overall, I think this agenda is organized better this year and will be totally worth the money once I get into the full swing of college. Once I get a system worked out in my agenda I will post about how I use mine!
Are you getting a Lilly Pulitzer agenda this year? If so, what print and size are you getting?
The jumbo sized one is Trippin' N' Sippin' :-) I had that sized agenda last year! I have the large sized agenda this year in Wild Confetti. :-). I love Lilly Pulitzer!
